I have appreciated being able to spend the time with my spouse, reflecting on our accomplishments. Where we started and where we want to end up once we are ready to retire from this life we have built together. To eat fine foods and drink coffee or wine while traveling the World. In the mornings I would get up and make my coffee, and get ready for my day! On a daily basis I would think who can I help today? How can I influence them to know they can create a brighter, fuller and better life for themselves and their families?
We all know the struggles of getting older and having our metabolism slow down. On top of that I am truly a “Foodie”, so when it comes to trying to keep the weight off it is a challenge.
